• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items purchased from us are carefully checked over and being packaged in the most secured way. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email at crystalili2021@gmail.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of the store.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items and “change of mind”.

• CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order before it dispatched, you will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
